This document outlines the standard terms, services, and legally binding conditions for any sponsorships, product integrations, or long-term partnerships exclusively for the MarkedExiled YouTube channel.

1. Services & Pricing

1.1. Sponsorship Section

• Service: A dedicated short section within an upcoming video advertising your service. The integration will delve into why audiences should use your service, utilizing proven marketing methods and extensive content creation experience.
• Deliverables: In-video integration, 1 link in the top of the description, and 1 pinned comment.
• Pricing: €1,500 – €10,000 (depending on business size and monthly/yearly earnings).

1.2. Product Video

• Service: A full, dedicated video (standard ~10 minutes) focused entirely on your product. This includes a detailed review, unboxing, and relevant tests to showcase why audiences should purchase/use it.
• Deliverables: Dedicated full-length video, 1 link in the description, and 1 pinned comment.
• Pricing: €2,500 – €5,000 (depending on the product/company).
• Note: The sponsor is responsible for sending the product and covering all shipping costs upfront.

1.3. Video Production Services

• Service: A full video documenting an event you are hosting, a server creation, a plugin, etc. The primary mission is to craft a high-quality cinematic story from the subject matter.
• Deliverables: Full cinematic video, 3 reserved links in the description (e.g., website, Discord server, socials), and a pinned comment.
• Pricing: €1,800 per hour of final video runtime, billed against the runtime of the delivered video rather than hours spent in production and pro-rated for partial hours.

1.4. Partnerships

Long-term collaborations, available only if the services provide ongoing, mutual value. Example structures include:

• Custom PC Manufacturers: The sponsor provides their latest workstation PC at negotiated intervals to continuously upgrade and accelerate the production environment.
• Hardware/Peripheral Brands: The sponsor provides their latest components (e.g., monitors, microphones, studio gear).
• Software Companies: Access to the software is provided free of charge, including free updates for the duration of the partnership.
• Merchandise Companies: The sponsor designs and creates merchandise; profits are split based on an agreed-upon percentage.

2. Payment Terms & Trust

The price for the chosen service must be paid in full upfront prior to the commencement of the project, or in agreed-upon installments spanning a maximum of two (2) months.

All pricing is denominated in euro (EUR) and all payments are settled in euro. A quoted figure of €1,500 means 1,500 euros, not 1,500 units of any other currency; parties paying in another currency are responsible for converting from euro to determine the exact amount owed. Any taxes, transfer charges or bank fees incurred during the transfer are added on top of the agreed price and are borne by the sponsor, so that the full agreed sum is received net of such charges.

My reputation regarding past sponsorships and client work is squeaky clean. My content creation career relies heavily on mutual trust with business owners, ensuring complete reliability in the execution of these deliverables.

3. Brand Safety, Honesty, and Morals Clauses

3.1. Public Expose & Ongoing Investigations

If your company, or you as an individual, is exposed for derivative negative actions, controversies, or severe allegations while a sponsorship is ongoing, the campaign will be immediately paused pending the conclusion of independent investigations.

• If the allegations are definitively debunked, the sponsorship will resume as planned.
• If the allegations are proven true or remain unresolved in a highly damaging manner, the sponsorship will be instantly terminated with no refund.

3.2. Creator Honesty & Anti-Scam Protection

I maintain complete honesty in my videos. While I am generally a positive/optimistic creator who loves highlighting the best details of a product or service, my audience's trust is paramount. If, upon internal inspection, I discover that your product or service is intentionally built to scam customers, mislead them, or bring a financial/data loss to buyers, the sponsorship will be instantly terminated with no refund.

4. Confidentiality & NDAs

I do not sign gray-area Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). I am open to signing an NDA strictly if confidential inside-information is to be revealed. However, this is only applicable if the NDA is well-structured, strictly defined without gray areas, and the signing party is legally recognized as over 18 years of age.

5. Standard Legal & Operational Provisions

5.1. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

MarkedExiled retains full creative control, copyright, and ownership of the final video content. The sponsor retains all rights to their respective trademarks, logos, and provided assets.

5.2. Usage Rights & Licensing (Organic Only)

The sponsor may share the final video organically on their own social media pages or website. Any use of the creator's content, face, or voice for paid advertising campaigns (e.g., whitelisting, paid Meta/TikTok/YouTube ads) requires a separate licensing addendum and additional compensation.

5.3. Revision Policy

To ensure production efficiency, the sponsor is entitled to one (1) round of minor revisions prior to final publication, provided the changes requested do not require reshooting footage that adhered to the initially agreed-upon creative brief.

5.4. Regulatory Disclosure

All sponsored content will be clearly, audibly, and visually disclosed to the audience in accordance with relevant advertising regulations to maintain legal compliance.

5.5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
